Andy Ashton Fitness provides private and online elite performance coaching from Los Angeles, California, and works with clients internationally. Questions about this policy, or any privacy request, can be sent to coaching@andyashtonfitness.com or through our contact page.

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Elite Coaching application: name, email address, phone number, location, primary goal, training experience, main obstacle, coaching type of interest, preferred start date, motivation, readiness to invest and the date of submission.
• Contact and booking: the details you enter into the contact and booking forms hosted on our Wix website.
• Store purchases: if you buy a product, checkout, payment and order information is collected and processed by Wix and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

• To review coaching applications and decide on suitability.
• To contact you about your application, enquiry, booking or order.
• To deliver coaching, products and services you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

This website and its business systems run on Wix, which hosts the site, stores form submissions and CRM records, and processes store orders and bookings on our behalf. Wix processes this data under its own privacy and security terms.

Application entries are stored in a private Wix CMS collection. The website itself can only add entries — it cannot read, edit or delete them. Access is restricted to Andy Ashton Fitness and authorised collaborators.

This website does not run advertising pixels, marketing trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The only cookies or local storage used are those strictly necessary for the site to function, including a temporary visitor session used to submit your coaching application and to display our product catalogue.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the store, bookings and contact pages hosted on Wix set their own essential cookies when you visit them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your application or enquiry. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. Email coaching@andyashtonfitness.com and we will respond.

This website and our coaching services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
